Event Video

Both social and corporate events can be filmed for a variety of reasons - to share in social media, publish in press, or use in promotional materials. These videos serve to convey events to broader audiences, allow those who couldn't attend to watch, or simply preserve valuable memories. And they should be shot professionally under the right circumstances to achieve the desired impact on the audience.

At GPOD Production, with our talented creative team, we produce all kinds of event videos, ranging from conferences and openings to private parties and fairs. If you too wish to film your event in the most memorable way possible, we are ready to work with you, backed by our expertise and 17 years of industry experience.

The production of event videos have three main stages:

Pre-production

In pre-production, we create a road map that will guide us through the production and post-production phases, and make the necessary preparations. This stage involves scouting the selected location, choosing the necessary technical equipment, and developing a general concept for the video. After all the preparations are made, production can start on the day of the event.

Production

On the day of the event, the production team arrives early at the site to set up equipment and make necessary preparations, ensuring everything runs smoothly during filming. Once the cameras, sound, and lighting equipment are set up, filming can begin with the event. Depending on the type of the event and the client’s expectations; the style and focus of the video can change. During production, we capture as much footage as possible to be able to get the best results during post-production.

Post-production

Post-production, where we finalize the event video, involves technical processes such as editing, sound mixing, color grading, and adding music to prepare the video for publication. After these technical processes and final touches, we get your approval, and the video is finally ready to be published and shared with your audience.
