Podcast Production

Podcast content has been enjoying an ever-increasing popularity in recent years, thanks to both professional and amateur content makers around the globe, achieving impressive results and building huge audiences, even in the age of video. Podcasts can come in audio or video format, or both, across different platforms, and they can be produced for educational purposes, as well as for promotion or entertainment, or for all these reasons simultaneously. They have proven to be very effective in reaching masses, provided that they are done professionally and shared with the right audience through the right platforms.

At GPOD Production, with our talented creative and technical team, we produce original podcast and videocast content for your business, that will leave a lasting impact for your audience.

Podcast production process has three main stages:

Pre-production

In pre-production, we first discuss with you to have a better understanding of your goals and style, and after analyzing your audience, we develop the initial concept of the podcast and its format- audio or video; monologue, conversation, interview, etc. After this, we come up with a flow plan, and start creating an episode/sharing schedule. We prepare the technical equipment -microphone, headsets, audio cards, lights and cameras for videocasts, etc.- choose the location, and set up a production team. After all the preparations are done, we are ready to proceed with the recordings.

Production

This is the phase where the podcast is recorded (or filmed if it is to be a videocast.) To get the best recording quality, the acoustics of the location are tested, and all the necessary optimizations are made beforehand. Once all the raw audio and/or video is collected, we move on to the final stage, the post-production phase.

Post-production

Post-production is where all the technical work is done to perfect the audio/video recording of the podcast. Sound cleaning, editing, inclusion of music and special effects and other technical processes are handled at this stage. After the final touches and approvals, the podcast/videocast content is ready to be published and shared.
